Police were called after a flock of 30 sheep broke out of a farm and invaded a quiet residential cul-de-sac.
The animals were spotted chewing lawns and trampling residents’ flower beds when they trotted up Priors Meadow, in Southam, Warks.
It is thought the sheep broke out of a nearby farm after yobs cut through a fence.
Warwickshire Police were scrambled to the scene after residents dialled 999 on Tuesday (11/6).
