Helping Women with ADHD Live Boldly

Psychotherapists Sari Solden, MS, and Dr. Michelle Dougher Frank were in practice together and shared the same perspective on their women clients with ADHD who were filled with shame and hiding. They wanted to help other women with what they describe as the “untangling process” where women with these severe organizational and attentional difficulties separate their brain-based challenges from their core sense of self. They developed the book "A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD", and they join us to discuss why it is so important. Sari Solden and Dr. Michelle Dougher have a book signing tonight, July 18 at 7pm at Boswell Book Company. For more information, visit ADHDradicalguide.com.
