Celine Dion continues to take daring fashion risks and this time it's for the cover of the Harper’s Bazaar 2019 Icons Issue. She's featured along with the likes of Christy Turlington, Devon Aoki, Alicia Keys, Kate Moss, and more. For the cover shoot, the singer is sporting a very short, dark bowl cut with a heavy eye liner to match. Hairstylist Akki Shirakawa is the mastermind behind this look, says Allure.
