A new green initiative by the City of Cincinnati will help improve air quality by cutting back on emissions from coal-burning power plants, and help the city complete its pledge to move towards using more renewable energy. It's the largest effort by a single city in the country. The solar panels will be built in Adams County, about 40 miles away from Cincinnati.
