Coffee brews up the amazing Leidenfrost effect

Apparently social isolation can bring out the scientist in some of us. Italian Danilo Rizzi was making coffee and decided to have fun with the Leidenfrost effect by watching a coffee drop roll and jump off the top of an electric cooker.
