Info from Licensor: "I was driving down the road at around 9:30 am on September 1st, 2020, when I noticed the truck in front of me had a wider load than the cones allowed. I safely used my phone to record the incident while keeping my eyes on the road to ensure none of the cones hit me and that the truck didn't hit me either."
