Police coordinate victim suppression with intimidation, harassment, insulting, mocking, and lying about investigating citizen complaints (DOCUMENTED). Cruelty in city jail: 13+ days of isolation (padded cell) without blanket, shower, bed, or initial phone call in booking area of Shreveport City Jail. C.C.C. cell dousing is done to force inmates into toilets while cell water is cut off.  Stripping down of inmates for over 1 week in dorm with others without anything besides metal and concrete in cell. Police are known to invade homes without warrants or reason. Hospitals block all outcry to deny citizens legal recourse when tortured by police staff or suffer malpractice. Torture/abuse is typical in emergency room. L.S.U. police torture of elderly women is allowed with no complaint investigations. Perkins campaign collected over $8,500+ by Oschner/L.S.U. University officer Gabe 6'2" 250 lbs Blk M tortures elderly women. Teets & Gabe pull/push on victims body parts until muscle ripping hurts permanently. Gabe openly harasses/threatens patients openly around other staff. Officers choke restrained patients in seclusion. Ochsner/LSU blocks victim's accounts that express outcry on social media. Jamie walker (u.p.d. captain) allows patient abuse. Patient experience hangs up on victims & refuses to process grievances. L.S.U. Ochsner Health denies grievance process to deny legal recourse. 😶Adrian Perkins blocks victims online & knew about patient abuse/torture since becoming mayor.
