About one-third of states have joined the Texas Supreme Court lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. Paxton argues in the suit that the unlawful election results from the four battleground states should be declared unconstitutional. In the meantime, President Trump has praised the suit and on Wednesday, filed a brief to intervene in the case. One America’s Chief White House Correspondent Chanel Rion has more.
