Is Nintendo the Next EA?

Nintendo has done some shady practices recently, and the worst for me was the release of Super Mario 3D Allstars. It was a lazy cash grab and is just very representative of how nintendo behaves. And this video doesn't even go into how they strike down almost every fan made project.
