Costco Chicken Pot Pie | Chef Dawg

Hello Chef Dawgs,

Today we're going to be reviewing Costco's Chicken Pot Pie made with their signature cooked rotisserie chicken and vegetables (carrots, peas, and onions). Our review had mixed reviews between my daughter spitting it in the garage and my wife only eating it because she's hungry but folks I really liked it, even more than I thought I would. My advice would be to mix the crust with the meat and veggies so that each mouth full has all the texture and flavor it was meant to have. Overall I gave it a 7.2 and would eat it again...my kid not so much.

Cooking instructions for how to make Cosctos's chicken pot pie is as simple as just placing the chicken pot pie in the over for exactly an hour and a half (1 1/2 hours) at 375 degrees. The inside was cooked perfectly with the meat nice and tender and the carrots soft enough to mash if you wanted. The out crust was a little brown around the edges but that the way I prefer it anyway.
