Gordon Chang on Fox News: "We've got to remember that North Korea's first of those types of missiles, [unveiled on] August 6, 2016, looks very much like China's JL-1 missile, something which has been observed by missile experts around the world. The question is, how did North Korea develop a Chinese-looking missile? And the least likely explanation is they did it on their own. These guys had help. They had help from China."
