Angry Driver 07-23-2020

An incident that happened on 7/23/2020. Yes, a police report has been filed. Objects in camera are further than they appear, I use a wide angle lens!

Summery: DO NOT TRY AND CUT OFF THE PERSON IN THE OTHER LANE WHEN THE PERSON IN YOUR LANE IS MAKING A RIGHT TURN JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE IN A BLOODY HURRY!!! When making a right turn at that particular intersection, you SLOW DOWN because there are usually kids playing in that side street. I am not going to make a turn going 35mph. (That is to dangerous)

Full Details:

Idiot wonders why I came to a sudden stop, there is a reason: kids often cross that street without looking (IE: running across) and thus when I heard the hard breaking of a tire I thought there was a kid in the crosswalk that I hadn't noticed.

It wasn't until I re-watched the video that I realized that garbage was trying to go around me while I was in the midst of making my right turn, but was cut off by the other truck. He then drives up to my side, tries to speak to me (I can't hear you when you have your window rolled up -,-). Being out in the main street, I decided to pull into the side street; he comes around and blocks me in (which is considered entrapment, according to the officer and detective that saw the vid)

This garbage then walks up to the side of my vehicle, asks why I was laughing (to which I wasn't, you can tell if you listen to the dash cam, there was no laughing) and then promptly spits into my face (battery, by the way)

I originally set this video to 18 because he "claimed" to have a kid, but I see no kid, so it's not age restricted.

This video was originally private from 7/23, due to police "claiming" to be investigating. However, after so much time has passed and no word on this garbage being arrested for battery, here is the vid. Maybe someone will recognize him and chastise him for his very poor attitude and, if he does have a kid, setting a bad example for his kid.

By the way, if you triggered by the words 'garbage' 'idiot' etc, too bad. I have no reason to respect a person who acts like a jerk.
