Wondering if running alone vs running with other people will get you better results? If so, you need to watch this video from start to finish. Both have pros and cons and you can certainly get benefits from both. That being said, is one better than the other?

I thinking running alone certainly has its advantages. Running with other people can help get you out of your comfort zone. It is important to push the body but it will be difficult to do that to your maximum by yourself. So, training in a group will certainly provide that extra motivation that we all need from time to time in middle to long distance running.

Running is a highly mental activity. The faster you are training and racing the more that is going to be required out of you. Training with a group will help get the best out of you. That bing said, running alone is important as well. You will not always have the group to rely on so you need to discipline yourself to training alone as well. Hope you enjoy the video.
