Caught some nice Salmon while fishing the Salmon River in Pulaski, New York and a nice Coho. Caught a 36 inch (15 lb.) King Salmon; A 37 inch (16 lb.) King Salmon and a 20 inch Coho Salmon. Smoked them, ate them and Tasted Good. Used maple syrup powdered brine.
