Judo Offensive and defensive combat sport, which depends on grappling with hands and clashing with them, and on proposing the opponent to win, and the winner must control the opponent's movement and paralyze his movement after being thrown to the ground. Aikido It is a Japanese sport, which is more defensive than offensive. It depends on exploiting the opponent’s weaknesses and exploiting his impulses against you. It is a sport that relies on intelligence, quick wit and clarity of mind.
