Driven to share her insights for exceptional living with a broader audience, Dr. Ripley has written several books, The Calling Card of Business: Success from the Inside Out and Eti-quick: A Quick Reference Guide to the Basics of Etiquette, and ”Think. Innovate. Create.: Solidify Your Vision, Find Effective Strategies, and Maximize Your Influence”. Dr. Ripley has made multiple television, radio and conference appearances, that have cultivated a growing social media following.

Recently, Dr. Ripley founded, “The I.N.C.”, a collaboration of global thinkers, innovators and influencers, from varied industries, that provide “Thought to Action” solutions in planning, strategy and implementation for the betterment of humanity and society.
Dr. Ripley has been sought after for advice and counsel by government officials, corporations, entrepreneurs, universities, schools, non-profit organizations, global initiative organizers, community leaders, celebrities, and more. She works with several local and international service organizations and initiatives, and serves on the board of several for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

She earned a business degree, and certification in project management from The University of Georgia, and is certified as an Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Trainer by The Protocol School of Washington. Dr. Ripley successfully completed Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and Leadership, and What You Can Learn from the World of Diplomacy. She is a certified John C. Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker.
Dr. Ripley received the degree of Masters of Ministry and Diplomacy, and was conferred honorary doctorate of humane letters by the Canadian International Chaplaincy Association University & Seminary (C.I.C.A).

Dr. April Ripley is an Executive Trustee of The International Third World Leadership Association (ITWLA) Board founded by the late Dr. Myles Munroe. In 2014, Dr. Ripley received the organization’s inaugural “Outstanding Leadership Character and Achievement as an Emerging Leader”, under the signature of Dr. Myles Munroe and Dr. Peter Morgan.
She is a member of the Protocol & Diplomacy International-Protocol Officers Association (PDI-POA,) the Society for Human Resource Management, the Atlanta Council of International Relations, and World Affairs Council of Atlanta, just to name a few.

Dr. Ripley holds diplomatic status with the United Nations through Word of Life Ministries International (WOLMI), a non-governmental organization in special status with the United Nation’s Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
In 2015, Dr. Ripley was honored for her expertise in international protocol and recognized as Her Excellency Reverend Doctor April Ripley, CDKA, Ph.D., COIE, Ambassador-At-Large.
In 2018, she was appointed to the United Nations in Geneva as the Main Representative for Word of Life Ministries International. In 2019, Her Excellency was awarded the title of Her Excellency Reverend Doctor April Ripley, OEA.

In 2020, H.E. Dr. Ripley was appointed as the Chief of Protocol for WOLMI’s International Consulting Cabinet (WOLMI- I.C.C.), and was made a UN Peace Ambassador for the organization.
Developing and training world leaders to be global agents of change is in Dr. April Ripley’s DNA. Her investment in creating a blueprint for life enhancement with time-tested principles has increased her sphere of influence worldwide.
