WRITTEN RECIPE OF.....
TAWA PANEER MAKHANI | TAWA PANEER MASALA | TAWA PANEER FRY BY D.DHABA
200 gm paneer (cut into small cubes)
Tomatoes (2medium)
Green chillies (2nos.)
Ginger garlic paste (2tsp)
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
4 cloves + 3 cardamom
Water 1 cup
Pressure cook for 3 whistles
Strain the gravy
Prepare a makhani gravy
Boil the gravy to thicken
Cream 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Honey 1tsp
Cook for 2-3 mins till gravy get thick
Heat 2 tbsp oil on low heat
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 tsp
Chopped onions 2 medium
Sautee for 2 min on medium heat
Chopped ginger 3 tsp
Chooped chillies 1 tsp
Fry them again together till 3 min on medium heat
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Fry for 2 mins on medium heat
Paneer (cut into cubes) and put into
Fry again for 2 min on medium heat
Pour half of the makhani gravy
Fry till gravy dries up
Pour rest of the makhani gravy
Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Fry for 3-4 min on medium heat
Fry till paneer get fully coated
Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
Mix well and serve hot
