Strangely precincts across the conservative stronghold in York County, Pennsylvania seemed to have no ballots for much of the day.. But the shortfall seems to mysteriously been only for Republican voters. With two key constitutional amendments on the ballot to restrain dictatorial governors, it seems a very strange coincidence. No fraud? Each county knows exactly how many people are registered for each political party. But it was not just a shortage of Republican ballots, but even a shortfall for independent voters who sought to vote for the amendments today could not get paper ballots in some precincts.
