KC BOPC president says lawsuit about process, not power

Hours after the Kansas City, Missouri, Board of Police Commissioners filed a lawsuit against the mayor and city, Mayor Quinton Lucas said it stemmed from power and not public safety. Now, the BOPC president says it’s not a matter of power, but of process.
