The Dancer's Workout® (TDW) classes are exhilarating, one-hour, adult dance fitness classes which use ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, and toning exercises to recondition your body and spirit!

Our Lost Love Recovery Program provides you with 10 videos that slowly acclimate you to one of our typical TDW masterclasses. This 10-video series reconditions your body and mind even more gradually than our one-hour, full TDW masterclasses so that you can slowly adjust to the rigors of dance over the course of 10 days. In 10 days, you'll be able to do one of our favorite, full, one-hour masterclasses quite easily! From there, you'll be back in dancer's shape and ready to take on our full portfolio of classes!

No matter how long it’s been since you were in the studio, if you've had ballet training, you will LOVE the way the choreography in The Dancer’s Workout® classes builds upon itself throughout the hour and then culminates with an electrifying pop song!
