The Supreme Court is expected to release its decision on a case concerning campus free speech this month.

The case, Mahanoy Area School District v. B.L., involves a high school student who criticized her school on social media after she didn’t make the junior varsity cheer team.

After the student's social media posts were reported to the school administration, she was suspended from being on the cheer team for a year. The student then sued the school for alleged violations of the First Amendment and the case has now made its way to the Supreme Court.

As Americans continue to wait for a decision to be released, Campus Reform reporter Ophelie Jacobson talked to students in front of the Supreme Court to get their opinions on the case.
