Info from Licensor: "Video of a extremely rare and protected species of amphibian native to the Rio Grande Valley, Texas called “The Mexican Burrowing Toad” (R. dorsalis). They are a fossorial species and only emerge from their all year long underground burrows during seasonal rains and heavy storm conditions to breed. They are neither frog or toad despite their common name depicting them as “toads” and are one of the rarest animals to witness in the United States."
