Easy DIY Headboard

I've been wanting to make a headboard for a while and now I had a reason to put the build in motion! My totes-bestie is coming to visit me in July and I wanted to get her room ready and feeling like home!

I wanted to make something easy to build but still looks good! Of course it has to look farm housey which, I think I nailed it. This is super simple and yes I up loaded the plans below. I don't know how to right up "instructions" but I can draw a bit. In the link below you will see my sketch with all of the measurements. That should help if you are wanting to build this particular headboard. You can also customize it to fit your needs, which is the beauty of this project.
