I really don’t know what you call this, other than good! I have never filmed myself cooking before and of course I still haven’t had time to set up my gimbal properly, so this is by hand like most of my videos. Not an easy thing to do, I thought it would be no big deal LMAO! Hopefully, you enjoy and learn something about the flat tops/blackstone type grills. I wanted the big one, but my son who is wiser beyond his years thought it would be better for my back, which it is! Yes son you were right. Plus, we have a much smaller lanai at this house so it works out perfectly. I would like to state and it’s obvious in the video that I’m an amateur cook, I’ll try not to say Chef because that would be an insult to the true professionals out there. I was fortunate enough to work in several restaurants and see some of the best at their craft. The staff at Nibi in the FireKeepers Casino Battle Creek, MI were top notch. From the top all the way down you have a top-notch dining experience. Even our employee lunchroom was the best! When I was 5 I was already a Surf & Turf kind of guy, but only if it was filet & lobster. I always have liked to eat, and my family owned a Pizza Place. They were also high rollers in the casino, so I got to have some excellent dining experiences around the country. Chef Brandon, Chef John, Chef James Thompson (no relation), Wilkey, Mason, Jen, Phil, Chef Tony, Chef McFarlen, Jeff, Lester, Jeff W & especially Lucy Baby Honey, all have my mad respect. I apologize if I forgot you, as I may have CTE due to the concussions in hockey, but I do have so many great memories. I know that this video is about cooking (if you call it that) I learned to love to cook from them and know things others wouldn’t. I would also be remiss if I left out Gilles. For it is he who taught me that warm water lobster tails are so sweet, because they swim between the warm and cold waters of the Caribbean, or that Kurobota Pork was so delicious because they slept outside under the starts (like his ex use to make him do) and ate only chestnuts and apples? He was quite the character and I really do Love him, I know me the guy who had to stand in the corner, because I told our VIP who loved our Filets, that I agreed it was probably dry because we had fired some off at the beginning of the shift, since it was going to be a busy night, wow. Yep I did that, lol. I also thoroughly enjoyed being your human garbage disposal, and thanks for sharing the Cooks/Chef food you saved for me. I loved working with you all. If you ever need me to be of service again just let me know. Now that I’m a vlogger/publisher I’ve always like being comped. I will put you on my channel and make you famous (eventually lol).
