Dr McCullough asked, ‘If we can’t figure out where the hospitalizations are occurring, we can’t properly allocate resources!’ Dr McCullough published a paper in a Journal and then did an Op-Ed in The Hill, a newsletter out of Washington. But he felt there was a missing piece, we needed the data on hospitalizations. We begged the Current Administration to get the Hospitalization Census everyday via an Executive Order because the positive case numbers were just not as helpful or accurate, because there were no control over duplicates.
