BMW Definition CE 04 The future of individual mobility in increasingly congested metropolises is a hotly debated topic involving titanic social and economic considerations. BMW sees an electric scooter as a means of urban transport, although this is not a particularly controversial solution. Regardless, BMW Motorrad takes scooter design seriously - the first electric scooter made its debut in 2013 - with a keen eye on technological solutions. This gives us the BMW Definition CE 04 concept scooter, the production-ready evolution of the BMW Motorrad Concept Link from 2017.
