Sugar Free Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups riped bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2 pcs. Eggs
1 cup Monkfruit Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup Sour cream
1 1/2 cup All purpose flour, sifted
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Peel banana and mash it with a fork or potato masher. Set aside.

Mix butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla until well combined. Add bananas and cinnamon. Mix well. Add baking soda, salt, sour cream and flour. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Mix in walnuts.

Transfer batter to greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
