I haven't completed an entire uneven bar routine in practice or competition in over a year since my second elbow surgery. I guess technically, I still haven't completed an entire uneven bar routine...but I got close!

It's been 14 months since I had my second surgery on my elbow for osteochondritis dissecans or OCD. It was a more complex surgery this time around, so my doctor just recently allowed me to start using my arm again.
