Tonight, we will take a look at the Feast called Sukkoth or the Hebrew word for booths. This feast is also known as the Feast of Tabernacles in preparation for the first day of the feast which begins at Sundown on Monday, September 20th of this year (2021).

Perhaps more than any other feast, there is a great deal of scripture that happens during this week and we can learn a good deal about those events by noting that they are happening during a feast designed to remind us that this place is not our home.

The Spring feasts were predictive of the coming, crucifixion and resurrecting of the Messiah, and of course, Y’shua fulfilled these predictions of the very day of the feast. The Feast of Shavuot called Pentecost by the Catholics comes on the morrow after the 7th 7, or 50 days after the spring feasts. The Holy Spirit descended on this very day, so we can expect that the events of the end times will fall on the exact days of the fall feasts. We know from Zechariah 14 that the nations will celebrate this feast through the 1,000 years meaning this feast is predictive of the final homegoing after the 1,000 year reign of Y’shua.

Let have a look at the feast and events of the day.
