Alec Baldwin broke every rule of gun safety

In, now what is being called "an accident" Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun on the set of his newest movie, "Rust", the discharge killed one person and wounded another. As of this date the reporting of this incident has evolved into a faulty prop firearm that was loaded with a live round. Despite that, improper and basic gun safety rules were ignored by both the production crew and Baldwin himself.
