The purpose of this meditation is to help you shift your attention from the stress and activities of your day, to a state of being relaxed, free of stress and anchored in the present stillness within.
This easy to follow meditation requires that you close your eyes, focus and follow your breath. I will guide you through a relaxation process and deep into the stillness of your being. Remember, you are in control of this meditation and at anytime you can open your eyes or stop the process.
