Fettuccine Alfredo, Garlic Butter, Holiday Bread, & Homemade Pizza

ALFREDO SAUCE:
2 Cups whipping cream or powdered heavy cream
1/2 Cup butter
2 Cloves of minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

RUSTIC AMISH NOODLES:
Separate 3 egg yokes
Add 1 whole egg to yokes
Add 5 tablespoons of water and beat with eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 Cup of Semolina flour
1 Cup of all-purpose flour
Mix with fork, knead in bowl, then knead on table for 8 minutes
Divide in 2-4 pieces and wrap with plastic wrap or wrap entire ball with plastic wrap
Let sit a couple of hours
Roll out on floured surface
Roll out thin as possible with roller or pasta machine
Use pasta cutter to cut noodles
Set aside on plate for use
Cooks in a few minutes

GARLIC BUTTER:
1 Cup Butter
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/8 Cup Dry Parsley
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt
Add butter to mixer and whip until light and fluffy
Slowly add in olive oil and mix on low.
Add parsley and Garlic powder or salt and continue to mix until done

HOLIDAY DINNER ROLL (BRAIDED BREAD):
4 1/4 Cups flour
1 1/4 Cup water
1 Cup sourdough starter
2 Teaspoons of salt
2 Teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of instant yeast
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 Cup honey
Mix well all wet ingredients together first, then slowly add all dry ingredients
Place everything in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap 2-6 hours
Flour work surface and fold in flour
Ball it, then cut into 3 sections for braiding the bread
Stretch out 3 sections into strips
Braid together, start in the middle
Flip braid to the other side and finish braiding your dough
Squish ends together and tuck them underneath
Bake on parchment paper
Brush braid with egg before putting into the oven
Bake 325 degrees for 25 minutes
