Making Crepes! (Gluten free and dairy free)

Adri shows how to make paleo(gluten free, dairy free) crepes! The kids love them and they are super easy to make!

Recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 TBSP thin coconut milk
- 4 TBSP arrowroot flour
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP melted coconut oil or olive oil(for greasing pan)
Directions
Blend all ingredients(except oil) in blender. Heat the skillet. Brush oil on skillet. Fill 1/4 cup a little more then halfway full with batter, and pour onto skillet. Spread evenly into a circle with a spoon. After 15 seconds flip, then after 45 seconds remove from pan. Enjoy with peanut butter, chocolate and fruit. Or avocado slices, sprouts and salt!
