LONDON, ENGLAND – A 31-year-old woman has developed myopericarditis shortly after receiving the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Holly Mather received her shot on June 4th and suffered multiple health problems shortly after including a sore arm, chest tightness, and shortness of breath.

Mather had made multiple appointments over the months looking for a diagnosis for her symptoms which eventually were diagnosed as myopericarditis (a combination of both myocaridits and pericarditis).

The 31-year-old says she is now speaking out about her health scare to help others who are suffering from the same vaccine-induced health problems.

“I felt coerced into doing it because I wanted to go on holiday. Probably one of the biggest regrets in my life. Even when I was walking to the vaccine center there was something in my gut telling me not to do it, and I wish I’d listened.”

“I had my vaccine and I got a bit of a sore arm for the first 24 hours. At this point, I was probably cycling five days a week and doing sprint training on the days I wasn’t cycling. I also did weight training for six days a week so I was hitting the gym hard and I would say that I was at peak physical fitness. The most I’ve ever been in my life.”

Mather continued:

“Fast forward about 10 days after the vaccine, I was out running and I started to feel tightness in my chest, which I thought was strange for me because it’s not something I’d felt before but I carried on.

It got gradually worse until one day I was in the gym and I was actually doing a competition to see who could row the longest in the fastest time and after about a minute and 31 seconds I got off with the most excruciating chest pain, and I couldn’t breathe. I’d just never felt anything like it before.”
