Police Officer Helps Family in Need for Christmas

In 2016 I was working as a Deputy Sheriff in West Virginia. I learned of a family in need from a friend. I made a post asking for community donations without mentioning the family. Ironically the lady who was to receive the gifts shared the post not knowing it was about her family. These kids were excited to see the police show up at the door. It was one of the good days as an officer.
