Exposing how our Constitutional, Environmental and Civil Rights are being Systematically stripped Away! James was quickly targeted by the Department of Interior and their accomplices. The films clearly shows what is happening to journalism in America! James’s FOIA Federal Court Victory - Kleinert vs. Bureau of Land Management, setting Precedent in Freedom Of Information Act Law reveals how DOI is operating.

The crew recently covered the Red Desert Complex, Sand Wash Basin and Wyoming Checkerboard round ups. All of these wild horse herd management areas were in good condition along with the horses. In Sand Wash Basin BLM declared an Emergency Round up. Governor Polis of Colorado asked Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland to put a moratorium on the round up until further studies and information could be produced. Secretary Haaland under the Bidden administration refused to comment on her decisions. The Sand Wash Basin Wild Horses were the last of Colorado’s truly great wild horses. They were mostly eliminated under the new Admin and American Indian Secretary . . .

Being an American Indian, and understanding the Genocide committed to her people, Secretary Haaland should see and understand the parallels between the extermination of America’s Wild Horses and Native People’s. The day Secretary Haaland was sworn in as Director of Interior we produced several call to actions video’s reaching out to Secretary Haaland asking her to examine the Wild Horse genocide. Thousands of wild horse advocates had called and written Haaland’s office along with Governor Polis of Colorado speaking to her directly about the wild horse issue. Why would Deb turn her back on a Native Species that played such an important role to American Indians?

On January 5th, 2022 the Bureau of Land Management issued a press release describing their plans to roundup a minimum of 22,000 wild horses this fiscal year and remove most of them.

In our coming series we interview Wildlife Biologist Craig Downer and Director of Western Watersheds Project Erik Molvar. Delving deeper into what is driving this insanity!

There are over 58,000 wild horses in holding facilities, there are more wild horses in captivity than in the Wild! Costing the American tax payers over a hundred fifty thousand dollars a day!
