Voter Fraud in Texas - Criminal Court of Appeals & Attorney General
2 years ago
78
The Criminal Court of Appeals struck down a statue from 1951 that tells the Attorney General to prosecute voter fraud. The Attorney General can no longer prosecute voter fraud in the state of Texas. The court ruled it unconstitutional so it would need an amendment to allow the Attorney General to prosecute voter fraud. It is now in the hands of Soros District of Attorneys who are political and don’t prosecute crimes like voter fraud.
