Stress damages eyesight
The eyes and eye muscles are very sensitive. There are 500 times more sensitive receptors on the surface of our eyes than even in the skin of our hands. That is, the receptors of pressure, cold, heat, and therefore the eyes, first of all, instantly react to any external negative situation. Then facial muscles get tensed, and so on.
If the muscles of the eyes are overstressed 1 time, 2nd, 3rd time overstrained, and overstrained every day, then their micro-fibers enter into each other and then they try to relax but cannot. It's a spasm. It is necessary to learn to relax the facial muscles and eye muscles.
We must learn to take easier everything. Learn to control the internal dialogue and focus not on the negative, but on relaxation and something good.
