Step # One – admit to the challenge or problem
The first step in dealing with any problem or challenge is to accept that you have it. When we pretend that everything is okay, when it’s not, the problem (or problems) will remain. So, you have already accepted you have a challenge, something holding you back, as you’re here. You have stepped up. Well done.

Step # Two – choose to something about it
The second step is to do something about it. Actually, it doesn’t matter what you do about it – just take a step forward, do something, and your soul will let you know if it’s the right direction or not. There will be a feeling of peace if it’s right. If it’s the wrong step, you will know.
