Rare Error on the 'I' in 'United' - Cracked Die? - Walking Liberty Half Dollar 1941 90% Junk Silver

Came across a weird error on a 1941 Walking Liberty that was part of the SD Bullion Unroll. I think it is either a cracked die or the planchet was stamped and the outer ring re-stamped on the I...but haven't seen this exact formation in the past.

I am a constitutional silver roll hunter looking for the best dates in the best condition utilizing primarily the major online retailers so lets see what we find today.
