And not just sent an ad to the website with photos, but also wrote a song and shot a clip about his favorite housing, which he has to part with. "My two-piece is a cannon," Vadim declares without false modesty.
"Two months ago I posted an ad for the sale of an apartment on . I myself am a composer, musician, presenter, I write songs. Well, I was sitting there, writing another track. And then the thought came to mind — should I write a couple of lines about the apartment? Maybe it will sell faster. Friends started shooting videos on the phone. At first I wanted to do everything professionally, but then I decided that it should be simpler. They came up with different chips, like scrambled eggs steaming on the floor. They were invented by an actor who played one of the grandmothers. The smoke there was from the vape. In general, we had fun!", - said Ekman.

The young man approached the shooting responsibly. I had to sweat, in the truest sense of the word. The guy lost weight and pumped up his muscles. It turned out really original, however, it is not known whether all the girls-buyers were able to see the charms of the apartment, and did not admire only the owner.

However, the fair sex has no chances. Vadim is happily married, his wife supports him in all his affairs and endeavors, helped to shoot this clip. By the way, the Krasnodar musician sells a "two-gun" for 7 million rubles, with the money he dreams of buying a private house. The goal of this creativity, as Etman says, is 50% hype, 50% "acceleration" of sales. Today alone, Vadim has added more than 200 subscribers and received many offers to shoot a similar video for the sale of other apartments or cars.

The two-bedroom apartment is located in one of the developing new Krasnodar microdistricts. The owner is ready to give it for 7 million rubles. There are no encumbrances on the apartment, there is no bargaining either.
