On #Fearless today, me and @Jason Whitlock talked about the difference between "commanding" respect and "demanding" respect. The Brian Flores lawsuit "isn't about fairness or helping future black coaches succeed. I think Flores felt so disrespected, the lawsuit is about getting the respect he can't command himself."
