As seen in the clip, fighting on the ground with an attacker holding a knife is quite dangerous. This is even worse when your attacker is on top of you with a knife!
Knife attacks happen so quickly, that it’s crucial that you train and prepare in advance to minimize the risk of getting seriously injured in a knife fight.
