Phil is under the house showing you what he needs to do to relevel this house. We pull out our jacks and start lifting. This is part two of a series. I will have the entire project at the end.

We use several 20-ton jacks to relevel houses. The beam they start with is weak, breaking off in his hand. The plan is to reinforce that beam. This beam that's rotting out, and the moisture under the house, is a good example of why you want house wrap-either attached to the floor joists or under a house.
