Vanilla Ice-Cream

3 frozen bananas
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Honey

Chocolate Ice-Cream

3 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Honey
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Strawberry Ice-Cream

3 frozen bananas
1 cup strawberries
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Honey

Adjust the vanilla and sweetener to suit your taste.
You can use honey, maple syrup, sugar, stevia or any other sweetener you like.
