Milk Chocolate Pudding Pie - No Bake is a great all around dessert, but with Mother's Day just around the corner, I can't think of a better reason to make one.

You can use any milk chocolate in the recipe which makes it super easy to garnish for special occasions.

Ingredients:

1 - Prepared pie crust, chocolate cookie crumb is best
Sweetened whip cream and chocolate to garnish

Pie filling:

8 Ounces of milk chocolate
1 tablespoon of real vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of real butter
4 egg yolks
3 cups of milk
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa
6 tablespoons of corn starch
2/3 cup of sugar
