This 9 seat VW Bus has 23 windows, 30 hp, cloth sunroof and a huge VW logo on the front. Only 11 of these Samba microbus’s were ever made and this one is in mint condition with only 6400 miles on the odometer.

Porsche nearly had 75% of the company shares required for takeover but in 2009 experienced debt problems flipping the tables having Volkswagen taking control of Porsche.

The Volkswagen Beetle has sold over 21 million cars worldwide during it’s production run from 1938 - 2003. After the war was over Ford among other automakers passed on taking over the Volkswagen factory in Germany. The order of 20,000 cars put people back to work in Germany and was the beginning of the major success of the Beetle.

Today this car can be found on ebay ranging anywhere from $8,000 - $30,000.
