Are you feeling anxious? Does anxiety take up residence inside you? Does it at times; own you?

In my past I can say yes to all 3. Even now the FEELING of anxiety is present. Anxiety is a very real set of symptoms (agitation, restlessness, worry, doubt, fear etc etc etc) and it can be a horrible place when it just won’t leave.

I know a simple way to see it. Explore it. Understand it.

It is simple. But sadly for humans it requires effort and some dedication. That statement will have most scroll past. See we have entered a bizarre stage of our evolution where we choose to medicate over effort. We choose to IGNORE a proven method if it requires us to do
something we don’t like. We desire and search for quick fixes and easy. Anxiety doesn’t like challenge. Anxiety despises change. It wants you on edge. It wants you thinking and doubting and worrying. That’s what the beast feeds off.

You can choose to stop feeding it.

Again I will say it very clearly. My perspective and advice here is proven within me. It works for me. I won’t argue or get into a victim battle with anyone on this. This method or tool REQUIRES EFFORT and for results it REQUIRES DEDICATION.

If you truly and sincerely want to arrest anxiety and start unravelling it’s hold, then take a listen. This is the start point. There’s more to learn. But in this; is a step. A step to understanding the beast and dealing with it.

Don’t be afraid. Don’t doubt. Don’t be embarrassed.
