Home Garage Gym Tour

My home gym in garage tour consists of my lebert equalizer, rebounder, squat cage (squat rack) bar bells, bench for bench press, chin up bar with hammer grip, angled grip, pull up, chin up and wide grip. I Also have a cardio bag and a doubled ended punching bag just make sure to wear gloves if you have the same setup. I use resistance bands as well as they provide a great deal of resistance, of pounds, for a cheap price.

Finally take a look at the use of my push up handles on the chin up bar that usually use at playgrounds so I have a nice grip to do pull ups or chin ups with. I bring a backpack full of straps and cables, woss trainer, (which is basically like a TRX system) as well as wooden olympic rings for my outdoor workouts.

I'm super excited to get into my new amenity building that has a gym in it with different equipment then what's in my garage as well as a basketball court, swimming pool and pool table! *UPDATE* Since getting into the amenity building at my complex I’ve got to use the gym a handful of times. There is a squat rack there, not as good as the one in my garage, 2 bars, bench press bench, which I already have nothing new there. There is though an incline/decline bench which is great. The full set of free weights is great too, there is so much you can do with free weights and I have almost none in my home gym. I also a huge fan of the treadmills in there, there is a bike and a recumbent bike and rowing machine. I don’t typically like running on treadmills but when it’s dark outside I don’t want to go running with all the bears, cougars and coyotes outside so the treadmill is just fine. The rowing machine is an amazing workout, it has massive cardio gains, burns the back, arms, abs and legs a great full body workout. There is a nice area for doing ball squats and bosu ball exercises.

What I've got here is what I've found to be the best home gym equipment to get a great workout for the lowest price possible. Let me know if setup a home gym like mine, or already have one like this! Hopefully you find a lot of home garage gym ideas here.
