Down south we're all partial to fishing. Nothing beats a warm sunny day with a gentle breeze blowing through our hair while we lay on the crick bank and check our eyelids for cracks, waiting for a fish to take our bait. If God's on our side that day, we'll haul out a mess of fish to fry up for the whole family.

Follow these easy steps and you'll be eating as good as we do. Fish is good for ya and this recipe's plumb tasty.

Ingredients:

Fish Fillets
1 Cup Corn Meal
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Canola Oil
Salt To Taste
Saltwater To Soak Fish In
